What’s Included

✔ 5 Design Hours Per Month (roughly 10 designs depending on complexity)
✔ 24-hour turnaround (on submitted tasks during business days)
✔ Up to 5 MINOR revisions* per project
✔ Up to 1 MAJOR revision* per project 
✔ Priority scheduling over non-retainer clients
✔ Custom, brand-aligned designs

Important Details (Protects You)

• 24-hour turnaround applies during business hours only (Mon–Fri).
• This does NOT mean 24/7 on-call availability.
• Requests are completed in the order received.
• Unused hours do not roll over.
• Additional hours are billed at $40/hour.
• Major projects (full branding, full websites, etc.) are quoted separately.

*Minor revisions (color adjustments, text edits, layout refinements) are included. Major revisions require a new creative direction, structural redesign, or starting over.
